Lump crab meat is comprised of the white meat from broken pieces of Colossal and Jumbo Lump crab with large flakes of white body meat. Lump will consist of 272g of broken pieces of Colossal and Jumbo meat (<2.5g) and 182g White Body meat (all <1g per piece).
